Dr Maurice Brown BSc BDS(Otago)
Maurice Brown founded CBS Dental in 1986 and has been working here ever since.
Maurice is a very popular dentist because he practices gentle dentistry and he treats his patients like family and friends. It is not unusual for Maurice to see multiple generations of a family because of this.
Maurice is very active in the dental profession and is past president of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Dental Association.
Dr Rupika Arora BDS
Rupika graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal University in India in 1996. She practiced dentistry for ten years in a group practice in New Delhi while also lecturing in a Dental College in New Delhi.
She moved to New Zealand for a life style change and has been working in Wellington ever since.
Rupika has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments and Invisalign. She also is a member of the Wellington branch of the NZDA.
Outside of work Rupika enjoys cooking, travelling and cycling.
Dr Nick Bohra BDS
Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Manipal University in India in 1997.
He moved to New Zealand in 2007 for a lifestyle change and has been working in the Wellington region ever since.
Nick is also the manager of the Dental Centre in Porirua since 2011.
Nick has an active interest in providing a road map for patient’s as to their overall health. He believes in a holistic and gentle approach to dentistry.
In his spare time he likes to pursue his two main passions of golf and flying.
Dr David Crowther BPharm BDS(Otago)
David Crowther has been working at CBS Dental since November 2015. Prior to joining CBS Dental, David worked at Champion Dental Centre, Porirua.
David keeps up with the latest developments in dentistry and frequently attends dental courses nationally and internationally to enhance his dental knowledge and skills. David has also been trained in implant placement and restoration at the Trinon Collegium Practicum, a course designed by the German implant company, Trinon.
David has volunteered his dental services in Cambodia twice. He spent six weeks treating the local children and then spent another week at the University of Health Sciences, Phnom Penh where he placed over 30 dental implants on adults.
David practices all aspects of general dentistry and most enjoys relieving dental pain and improving his patient’s appearance. David understands most people have a limited budget and prides himself on his ability to provide quality dental treatment while remaining within his patient’s budget.
David lives in Lower Hutt with his wife Golda, who is a nurse in the emergency department at Hutt Hospital.
